Directions EMEA 2026

We are at Directions EMEA as a Bronze sponsor, and our reason for being there is specific: we are expanding the Exelsys partner network across the Business Central community. If your customers keep raising HR in the middle of an ERP conversation, it is worth fifteen minutes in Paris.

27–29 October 2026 Paris Convention Centre, Paris, France
Our reason for being there

We are in Paris to meet partners

Directions brings together the people building, selling and implementing Business Central. That makes it the most efficient three days of the year for the conversation we want to have.

We are looking for partners whose customers keep raising HR - not as a complaint about the ERP. Business Central does its job. It knows the cost of labour, the projects and the ledger. What it was never asked to do is run the day-to-day of managing people: leave requests, shift cover, appraisals, the paperwork around a new starter.

That work still has to happen somewhere, and it usually surfaces mid-scoping, outside the brief you were engaged for. At which point it either gets parked, or it becomes someone else's revenue.

Your ERP knows the cost. Exelsys adds the workforce context.

Fit

Who we are looking for

01

Business Central partners

Consulting, referral and integration partners already delivering Business Central across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You know the customer and the operational detail; we bring the HCM layer.

02

Customers of roughly 200–5,000 employees

The range where HR administration turns into a real operational cost and a platform earns its place. Below it, most organisations can keep going on spreadsheets for a while longer.

03

An HR function already in place

Exelsys works best where there is an HR manager and a working HR process to put on the platform. Where there is not, the implementation tends to struggle - and that is not a good outcome for either of us.

04

Workforce-heavy operations

Shift cover, timesheets booked against projects, health and safety records, high-volume recruitment. Construction and housebuilding, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare and the public sector all show the same pattern.

Partner programmes

Three routes, depending on how you already work

Referral

You win it, someone else delivers it

You own the relationship and sell the subscription; a consulting partner handles implementation and support. The route in if you do not want to build HCM delivery capability of your own.

Consulting

You own the customer end to end

Subscription, implementation and first-line support, with our team behind you on training, product depth and escalation. The tier that carries the strongest economics, because it carries the most.

Integration

You have a product that should sit alongside ours

Payroll, time capture, workforce planning, or an industry system with an HR edge to it. We already run integrations of this kind and they are usually the fastest thing to prove.

  • Commission on the subscription continues on renewal. The rate is reset annually.
  • The customer relationship stays yours. We work through you rather than around you.
  • Prospects flow from you to us - we do not push our own pipeline into partners, and we do not compete with you for your customers.
  • Terms are agreed per partner and reviewed annually. A conversation rather than a rate card, and one we would rather have properly.
The platform

What you would be taking to your customers

01

AI-assisted HR

AI-generated job descriptions, CV processing and employee data automation - the admin your customers currently absorb by hand.

02

Reporting that reads next to the financials

Embedded analytics with Power BI and Excel output, so people data sits alongside the numbers your customer already trusts.

03

Business Central integration, on Azure

Exelsys integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and runs as a multi-tenant cloud application on Azure, built for scale.

04

Configured, not developed

Role-based access and configuration rather than bespoke build, which is why implementations are measured in weeks.

27–29 October · Bronze sponsor

Fifteen minutes in Paris

There are two of us on the stand across three days, so the diary fills quickly. If there is a conversation worth having, it is better booked before Paris than squeezed into the floor time. Tell us which route interests you and roughly what your customer base looks like, and we will come back with times.

If the dates do not work, say so on the form and we will set up a call after the event instead.
